Meeting with EPC Members
Fr Provincial met the EPC members at 4:45 pm. During the meeting, he explained the four key dimensions of the educative-pastoral mission: Education to Faith, Education and Culture, Social Experience, and Vocational Guidance.
He emphasized that the EPC must be actively involved in planning, conduct tri-monthly assessments to review how the plans are being implemented, and carry out a comprehensive evaluation at the end of the academic year.
Fr Provincial also highlighted the importance of collecting feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders of the management to ensure holistic growth and effectiveness.
He further stressed that children who are members of the EPC should actively participate in the processes of planning, assessment, and evaluation, fostering a sense of responsibility, ownership, and leadership.
